In this course, we will explore how to transform coffee production, adopting a regenerative approach.
In a world where agriculture faces increasingly pressing challenges, it is crucial to adopt practices that are not only profitable but also beneficial for the environment and communities.
This course is inspired by initiatives such as Nespresso AAA Sustainable QualityTM Program, which demonstrates how the combination of motivation, knowledge, and resources can drive significant changes in coffee farming.
The objective is to understand the structure of the regenerative coffee guide in India, particularly in working with the AAA Producers, as part of the implementation of the Nespresso AAA Sustainable QualityTM Program strategy.
To encourage behavior change among producers, technical assistance, investment, and incentives are used.
These strategies can generate the creation of local support networks and exchange of experiences, driving innovation in the field and collaboration with strategic partners. Every step towards regenerative coffee farming has the potential to generate a positive impact on a large scale.
The course is divided into two main lessons. In Lesson 1, an introduction to regenerative coffee farming will be made through conceptual approximation. In Lesson 2, an application in the field will be made based on the recommendations of the agronomic guide developed for India.
