As a Supplier Data Administrator, you are responsible for ensuring that Nespresso has complete, accurate, and up-to-date data in Koltiva to monitor the implementation and impact of the Nespresso Sustainable Quality Plan (NSQP).
This training is organised into three main topics:
Understand what the Coffee Ecosystem is, how it is connected to Koltiva, and how it can be used to extract operational data, monitor NSQP activities, and identify data quality issues.
Learn which core entity fields are used across Nespresso systems and why it is the responsibility of Supplier Data Administrators to keep this information complete and up to date.
Understand the operational figures and data quality KPIs that Nespresso uses to monitor NSQP implementation. These indicators will help you prioritise improvements, guide your day-to-day work, and assess data quality across your clusters.
The objective of this course is to provide Supplier Data Administrators with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to maintain accurate, complete, and compliant data in Koltiva, ensuring reliable monitoring of NSQP activities and supporting key systems such as the Coffee Ecosystem and OpenSC through high‑quality Entity, People, and Certification records.
